Dr. Cocunubo

Does anyone know how to contact Dr. Cocunubo? He used to work at the IMED clinic in Torrevieja. He was excellent but appears to have moved. I have tried the usual channels but with no success.
Is this him?

Yes. Problem is that IMED still have him on their website but he is no longer there. Many thanks for your response.
