Hi there, We are kim & Andy from London England and are wanting to move to Pinar de Campoverde!
Does anyone know what the area C/ Mimosa,No 39 A A L 45 A, Pinar campoverde is like as an area to move too?

Hi Kim and Andy,
First of all if you are UK passport holders you will need to apply for a visa from the Spanish consulate in the UK before can move to live in Spain permanently. To gain a visa you will need to meet the income and healthcare requirements.
I you gain a visa you can then move to Spain and apply for residency.

C/Mimosa is a fairly steep hill.
Towards to bottom of the hill, it can be shady in the cooler months when the sun is low.
Both main parades of shops/restaurants/services are walkable (if you are reasonably fit).
There is a new development of houses in progress. Some of these (those already built) have some winter sun. I'm not sure how many hours of winter sun will be available to those still planned.

Many thanks Steve, your response is appreciated. We are aware of the residency steps we have to progress to get residency in Spain, really wanted to know more about the area mentioned in the email 📧.

Hi Kim. and Andy, why do you want information for Campo Verde in particular. In my opinion there are far better places to retire to. My advice is for you to spend a bit of time out here first and have a good look around before you burn your bridges. Good luck Len.
