I hired a car from OK rental company adjacent to Alicante airport in December. Unfortunately i left my mother's disabled badge in it. I have sent several emails and finally they have replied. They have the badge but wont let me pay them electronically to post it to me in the UK. They say i have to arrange for a delivery company to collect it. Any suggestions. Thank you

Hello. It is very easy to contract a transport company online telling them all info about address. Do you know enough Spanish to do it online?
You can not use Correos since they would not go to the transport office to collect and don't need to print any label

If they have an office in the airport I am going over from 25th to 31st jan and don’t mind picking it up and posting it back to you when I am back in uk. I don’t know if that’s something you would like as I know how essential they are (and valuable) as we have done this with my fathers card but have no issue collecting if that’s cheaper x I would also send you a copy of my passport(just so that you know who’s collecting it and aren’t just handing it over to a stranger!)
