Would anybody have or know someone who has a Rivnut tool ... ?
Looking to hire or buy if necessary a Rivnut tool. Needing to get 8mm threads on metal plates too thin to tap. Any info or advice welcome
Thanks in advance...

I've used a longer bolt with a washer and nut ,
Screw it in , and hold the bolt head still, and wind the nut and washer toward
The rivnut.

Hi Pete Ok, thanks I'll look at Youtube and see if I can do that. Failing that (being cautious here) perhaps I could beg use of/hire yours if you are agreeable. Nice to get it done but not critical urgency. Thanks again for the advice..
