Fishing day trips for one person in May 2018.

He doesn't want to,charter the whole boat, just to be onboard with others to have a days fishing. Is there anywhere nearby that does this. We will be on holiday to campoverde 9-30May and frankly trying to get a fishing licence to just fish off the beach or rocks seems pretty daunting. Any ideas?
