I take it you have checked your fuse box incase it's just tripped? Also if you have a smart meter have you tried the reset button. Do you have a neighbour who can confirm if it's a power cut or just your property without power. It's rare for just 1 property to be cut other than you have exceeded the potencia and it has tripped the main fuse. You need to assess if it's tripped before you start calling Iberdrola. Make sure All appliances are off or unplugged before you try to restore. Maybe you have just tripped it or have a faulty appliance and adding each appliance will let you know that. Sorry if I am pointing out the obvious but it happened to us last year and I forgot to switch off our hob after dinner then put vacuum on and it tripped. Think I would be used to it after 15 years but no!
