Hi, can anybody give me information about the current cost of central heating oil and also recommend a company to deliver to Campoverde? I would be needing a minimum 500ltrs.

Hi, we had 500 litres of central heating oil delivered to our house in Campoverde on Monday.  The cost was 375€.  We buy it from Diesel Mediterraneo - phone number:  965 352036.  There is a lady there who speaks English.  Once your card details are set up, you can pay the driver by card when he delivers.

Hi, can you tell me how long that delivery is going to last.  Do you put heating on all day or twice a day.  Many thanks.

Hi Alice2, we dont live full time in Campoverde but when we are there in winter, probably Dec to Feb we usually use the heating twice a day, first thing in the morning and then after the sun goes down. 500 liters would probably last 3/4 years.

Regards Tim Patrick

We are in Campoverde all year.  Bearing in mind that we already have 200 litres in the tank already, the tank should last us into Spring next year.  We usually have the heating on for a couple of hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the evening, plus if we get cold in between those times!
