Hi could anyone recommend an English speaking health care provider, I am currently with DKV and it has been very difficult to say the least talking with them, as they say they have English speaking staff, but not really the case. I am learning Spanish but not good enough at the moment to converse. Plus all the paperwork is in Spanish . thank you in advance

I use DKV and have done so for the past 4 years without any difficulty. I am able to access English speaking staff in both their Alicante office and here in Benidorm. All interactions with medical staff is the same.
