NIE application

I am trying to get an NIE for my son but getting an appointment seems impossible any ideas how I can get this sorted? While I will be living in Pinoso we are staying in Sax and more than happy to travel if you know of anywhere that has spaces or easier to book.

I seem to remember a Gestor in Pinoso called Altair Assesore. Opposite the Spar by the market place.
