Abaco Advisers, Property transfer

Hi, has anyone used the services of abaco advisers? I’m planning to transfer my property to my children.

Hi. I would recommend Abaco, Torrevieja. I have been with them for 4 years. They have done my house buying, will and Spanish tax - no problem. Friendly and professional. Also in my area (Benijofar) I recommend Casa Manuel Estate Agents - family firm - brilliant. Hope this helps. Dave.

Have been using them for the past 17 years. Good company. No complaints.
Just completed my house purchase with them. Great service. No complaints.

Just had them recommended to me for our wills and taxes
Seem very professional

I used them to handle a property donation and still use them for tax returns, got a good service on both aspects, they took care of everything from obtaining NIE to open bank account, utilities etc....Was well worth the cost.
