Hi,

I have posted some pillows to Spain from New Zealand and my Mum has received what looks like a customs letter in Spanish to complete. Struggling to find an English version on line - Any advice would be appreciated on the quickest and easiest way to sort delivery.

Thanks

Kelly

Hi Kelly are you OK.

A bit of a long shot but have you thought about typing it in at Google Translate.

Best of luck.

For translations Deepl.com is streets ahead of Google.

Your letter will likely be some sort of demand for import duties and I wouldn't bank on delivery either, you mayhave to go to wherever the item have landed and sort it out with customs there in person, or pay an agent to do it for you.

I hope the pillows are worth it!
