Translator needed ideally with some knowledge of property law

Hi Everyone
I have a quad villa and my neighbours are planning an extension for which they need my authorisation. I'm concerned that this will devalue my property and could also cause problems with guttering. I think they changing the shower to a bath. I'm a single pensioner.
I'm planning to meet with my neighbours and it would be helpful to have a Spanish speaker who had some knowledge of property law present at the meeting. I'm often in the UK so don't want to just say no as I like to be on good terms with my neighbours if possible.
