My 17 year old daughter are looking for Professional nail school school in Playa Flamenca area or near by, where see can get diploma.

Hi. There is not any official diploma about nails here by the moment. She can go someplace and learn but don't trust any paper that says "diploma of ....: that just anyone can print since it will get the same value as say " I learn in ....."
