Morning all,
Would anyone have an apartment/house we could rent in the Playa Flamenca area for 6 people from 4th - 11th August please? We have been let down but have our flights booked?

Hello Nicki, any property let out for holiday purposes needs a Tourist Licence and the number must be shown on any adverts. It will look like VT-123456-A.
If it doesn't have a licence it is illegal and as the laws only started being enforced last summer the authorities are "on a mission" and you will risk either turning up to find the property closed down or being evicted by the police and possibly being fined.
