Hi everyone, recent sign added to neighbours outside wall, anyone know what it means? Tried translating but still none the wiser.

Thank you in advance.

It is a "permanent ford" and means nobody can park in front of his driveway or it will be towed away. This also applies to his car as well.

The permanent ford means you can cross the pavement to access the driveway or garage.

Thank you Marcliff, I thought it might be all cars must park one way so glad have your 's and the forum to help.

Grateful Moira

The sign advises that the house occupier has a licence from the local town hall to be able to cross the pavement into his driveway/garage and no-one should park in front of it (including him/her self).   Normally just called a 'vado'.
