As per my previous post I have to have ITV done on my car. Sticker on car states due Feb24 and car dealer who sold car to us states it has to be done by 12Mar24. Can anyone confirm if 12Mar24 is correct?
Need to work out when to come back to Spain and when to book car in.

The date will be in your permiso de circulacion. Maybe it was done early last time so the sticker will reflect that.

It now can be done a month before it's anniversary without losing anytime! But doing it after you risk being stopped by police and fined.

Thank you Marcliffe I could see a date of 12Mar24 on the Circulation Permit and you have confirmed the relevance of this date.

It may help you to have a look at the N332 website that is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil for English speaking people and deals with anything to do with driving in Spain. The site also has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code on it.
