Handy man required

We are looking for a handy man who can turn his hand to all sorts including some electrical work ie wiring up outside lights and sorting inside ceiling lights and possibly installing an air condition unit .We also need some outside painting done and some one who can give us a quote to install Balastra's around our garden wall .
Tall order I know but would appreciate any contact numbers
