Hi all, we are considering selling our apartment, and would like some recomendations on who to sell it with(or who not to sell it with) We are in the Los Altos/Punta Prima area.

I would highly recommend a very reliable, trustworthy Estate Agent called Avenida Estate. They are based in Torrevieja. You could call Angela (The Director) who speaks English on0034 654 166 343 or send her an email to avenida.estate@gmail.com

defo steer away from Intasun they are robbers, ask around first and get what percentage they are charging. We had to pay intasun 8000 euros on a 50000 home

Try 5 Real Estate in Los Doles, sold our house in 3 weeks, we were are charged €999 plus vat. Service was really good
