Hi Tristan12 and welcome to the forum,
If you want to increase your "Potencia", you'll need a certified electrician to check your existing electricity installation and issue a "Boletin" to confirm to Iberdrola that it can handle the increase in power supply that you want. It's worth noting that an increase in potencia will result in an increase in your standing charges.
I would have recommended Tony Poole of Sparks in Spain, but his wife mentioned to me in the summer that he was planning to retire this year, but may be worth a call:

I can thoroughly recommend Danny Snell I think his number is 34 697 54 37 23 he did the whole thing from start to finish from changing the electrics to dealing with the paperwork .
Really friendly ,efficient and good value
