We have just bought a repossession on this site, we love it there a nice mix of residents and holiday homes a nice mix of nationalities too.

Did you buy one? Maybe see you out there

Hi I am looking at Relleu as a possible location to purchase.  Currently renting in La Nucia.  I have seen some properties listed such as townhouses from 88k euro and detached with small pool from 120k euro.  People on this forum have mentioned picking up bargains.  These are cheap prices compared to Costa Blanca so how low should I offer? Thanks for any helpful suggestions

Hi there we purchased on the cassis Mediterranean’s the White development there are new properties still available asking €85,000 I know they will accept €82,000 it may be worth trying €80,000 as they now only have 3 left.

I bought a repossession on the site was advertised for €75,000 I got it for €65,511 which is amazing for a 3 bed villa we needed to spend €2600 on painting interior and exterior and £2600 for aircon as they had been stripped for parts.

Still a very cheap property facing the pool too. It’s a great village and handy for all the main places most of the properties have great views. If number 53 is still available that had great views from balconies too.
