I have a Shihtzu and I take him regularly to a Spanish groomer (they speak English) in Rojales called "Oh My Dog". Near to Mas y Mas supermarket, Los Palacios. They are lovely people and I've been using them for over a year. They charge for my medium size dog between 22 and 25 euro depending on how short a cut we have.
