We have an old Honda Accord. It has wrap-around lighting units (main beam headlight, dip beam headlight, side light, indicator).
We bought brand new LHD wrap-around units from Ebay. £87 for the pair, including delivery from China to the UK and import tax. Our local garage in England charged us 2 hours labour to fit them (they re-used the bulbs, wiring etc).
So only around £170 in total.
I'm guessing that China produces parts for Fords.
