Motor accident

Someone has just ran into my husbands car. Please could you tell me the correct procedure. Thank you. They backed out of a parking spot into his drivers door. Ffs. What next.
Take photos. Fill in the accident report form which should be with your insurance documents. Contact your insurance company. Hope everyone ok and not hurt.

For anything to do with driving in Spain have a look at the N332 website. There is also a Facebook page. Both are for English speaking people and the website has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code on it.
