Our property has been vacant for a number of months. When we arrived on Thursday evening we turned the water on and the hot water boiler started leaking, so we have had to turn the water off. We now have no water!
Hi, you should be able to just turn the water off to your boiler and still have water for everything else. Hope this helps until you can find a plumber.

Turn off taps/isolation valve bottom of Boiler. Red and Blue in colour. You should have Cold water in rest of property.
