Who can I trust to get rid of 2 palms infected with the weavil

I would first contact your local council as Palm 🌴 trees are a Protected. As they are infected they might well let you remove them yourself. But there is a big fine if removed without Council permission. It is better to be Safe than Sorry. They will give you help and advice.
