Ok, so after being sat down looking around the room for things to do, i realised that my air-con unit has gone sort of like a piss stained yellow.

Does anyone know of a proven easy way to get it looking back to its best again?

Is there somebody dead inside? If so, they must be stone-cold.

Obviously lack of circulation! (& now there´s two of them, contagious?)

Sorry guys, but being serious, try giving an aircon unit a good rub with a mild abrasive like Silvo or toothpaste. Or even try wiping it with bleach.

If that doesn't restore the colour, then it's in the plastic and there's nothing you can do about it.

Some types of plastic can, over time, lose their plasticiser, leaving the plastic porous and able to absorb stains.
