After 7 months of totally inept treatment for a severe dog bite, resulting in constant infection and pain, I need to find an alternative Medical Centre which has Doctors who know what they are doing. Please advise me as to where I can re-register at another Medical Centre local to Villamartin.

Not sure whether you can change to another medical centre - you can change Drs ( I had to give the reason & language difficulty doesn't count... This should help.

Fill out an Hoja de Quejas y Reclamaciones – complaints and claims form – at your medical center.Write a letter to the Servicio de Atención a Pacientes y Usuarios – the complaints department – of the relevant hospital/clinicSubmit a complaint to the local authority (Junta). In this case, you must send a copy of the complaint to the health center and one to a ‘registro general‘ in your town. Ask your town hall (el ayuntamiento) for details.)Cheers

In case anybody is wondering why I am so angry...this is a photo of me sitting for 8+hours in emergencies in Torrevieja Hospital, totally ignored, until somebody else stopped a Medic, and said I should have been attended to hours ago...I lost a LITRE of blood...and yet, they could find a cleaner to mop up the blood 4 times during that 8+ hours.This was 7 months ago...and as a result, my wound is now ulcerated and infected.
