Hi.

Each year we have our flu injections in November.

My husband had his plus the COVID booster last week, I was not ‘allowed’ to make my appointment as I wasn’t 70, until yesterday!

So today I visited the medical centre to be told my appointment is on December 29th!

I asked the receptionist if there was anything earlier but was told, in no uncertain terms, ‘No’., even though I have asthma!

We seem to have problems with the new receptionist, she doesn’t seem to like the English.  Has anyone else got appointments so far ahead?

Cheers, Sue.

Hello

The required time between this vaccination and your last one is 6months & one day - perhaps that's the reason for the delay. 9th Nov is my time since last vaccination so  I'm going to make my appt. tomorrow for later in the week,  so I will see what happens

Cheers

Hello

Just come back from La Mata Salud after making my appts for flu and Covid booster. Receptionist did a check as to how long since last vaccination (6months required) & asked what vaccine I had before.

Very busy in the salud, took 35mins just to get to the desk - they have a ticket number system- and i got an appt for 19 Nov - both vaccines, one in each arm!!

Cheers
