Health centre opening time?

Does anybody know what time the SM health centre ( Centro de Salud) opens in the morning?

Thank you . We went last night but it was closed . Didn’t notice the bell at the side of the front door that you are supposed to ring as the doors are locked overnight . Don’t fall for our stupid mistake .
