Hello š just about to buy for the first time a home in San Miguel , House insurance ? Any tips ? ā¦ will be allowing visitors to use house but only friends family etc ..

We have used Reale Seguros for the past 5 years and they came up trumps when we had a water leak , very effici6, helpful and paid up promptly :-)

We have just moved from Sabadell as they are the most expensive. I have the same policy with Mapfre for half the price, we also have our car insured with them and excellent service.
