Can anyone recommend: Plumber to fit new outside tap to connect icemaker in fridge/freezer

Does anyone know someone who has the expertise to do this? After a couple of false starts with plumbers actually got the company who made it to send someone who could connect it knowing we would pay above the odds but just wanting it sorted. He's been today, clipped the filter and pipe onto the back of the unit and told me I need a plumber! Thought that was what I was getting for my 50€!!
Would love to be able to use it before the summer hits us in earnest - can anyone help?
