I need to make official complaint about Leroy Merlin in Elche . I have 5 doors missing from a kitchen delivered in Dec and fitted in Jan. This Company is very unhelpful they keep promising that the doors will be here in 4 weeks but will not give me a delivery date. I have had enough. Going to the store to register a complaint. Can anyone tell me where the consumer office is in Santa Pola please

Hi Graham, I dont know the procedure in Spain, but when complaining in the UK I have used a top down approach - email the CEO and suddenly you get results. I came across this web site which gives the e- mail address of the COE. An email outlining your complaint usually does the trick.
