We have found a property we are very interested in buying but will need new bathroom and kitchen, just wanted to ask is it difficult to find good trades man in Santa Pola, will need to speak English as our Spanish not to the level that would be required to instruct tradesmen.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Hello Rolfes
Its not difficult to find tradesmen but 'good' is questionable. Brits dont have a great reputation( not all of course) and are often expensive compared to other nationalities who can normally speak some English.
If/when you buy and are here & ready to get some quotes, ask on the forum again for peoples own personal recommendations in the area & you will get details ,phone numbers etc which will help you.

We used Moreno in Santa Pola to do our kitchen & bathroom, wardrobe & demolish a couple of walls. They were fine. Slow- by our standards lol- but fine. His shop is down by the Palmeral . The other company that seem to get a lot of work in town is novodeco.
