Taxi to airport in August

Anyone have any idea how to get a Taxi to the Airport from Tamarit area.

We have a holiday flat on Avda de Tamarit and its really difficult getting a Taxi into town, let alone the airport.!!!!

Any suggestions on getting a Taxi to the airport? Im worried for my daughter and grandchildren that will be here in August. They have a late flight back and will need to get a Taxi from our apartment in Tamarit.

I have tried a few number including WhatsApp but they say their always too busy!!!!!

Please Help.

**UPDATE**

I got a Taxi with Elvis Taxis at 8.30am on Wednesday which was all fine. However, they charged 28 euros!! which is the most I've ever paid in Santa Pola for a Taxi to and from the Airport. I was on my own with just a small bag. So I don't get it.!!?

I use Elvis all the time …if u give him a heads up 3 days before that you’ll need a ride but follow through 24 hours before, if he’s not confirmed with you. He did tell me one time that if u try to book too far in advance , the texts get “ lost “ in amongst newer ones. Follow up 24 hours before or , worst case , get the little bus up to the bus station and make your way to the taxi rank along the road by the big blue roundabout ( top of Portus) . Unfortunately the goverment has a cap on the number of taxis licences in town so they are manic come summer

The little Bus has been unreliable lately. Were in Tamarit so quite far from the Taxi Rank.

Hi , I have just returned from santa pola yesterday and I booked 2 days in advance using Santa pola taxi and gran alicante taxi to take us to the airport

They speak English and we have used them twice over the summer to take Friends back to the airport, we payed €25 came on time and trasfer was perfect.
