Question on TV (Spanish and English)

Hi there,
We complete on our holiday home soon and want to set-up broadband and TV. The pay as you go broadband from Flexa is ideal but does not come with TV.
We will watch UK TV via Amazon Fire Stick but also want to watch Spanish TV to help us with the language etc.
Is there a way we can watch live, local Spanish TV as well? Perhaps with App via Smart TV?
If I use Fire Stick I will have to keep changing VPN address which will be a pain.
