Area Restrictions.

Very recently there were statements made by the President of the Valencia region regarding the changes to the Curfew, and new limitations to numbers allowed to be together in social situations including Restaurants in Bars over the Christmas Period. There were also statements made regarding the Border restrictions between neighbouring Regions,i.e. Valencia and Murcia. I have since heard that the Murcia region was relaxing this and peope would be allowed to transit from Murcia to Valencia, but not the other way. There seems to be some confusion as to what is, and is not, allowed.
Does anyone have any definitive information on these topics, as they are applicable today
