Hi

We just bought a car & intend leaving it at Alicante airport, we're over most of the summer but on about 4 seperate occassions.

Lowcostparking.es was recommended by the car dealer - anyone had any experience with them?

Hi

We have a house in Pinar de Campoverde and use Murcia airport.  We leave our car at the airport and use Seguro Parking and it costs 300 euros per year with unlimited pick ups/drop offs.  We have had this since September 2016 as we only bought our house in July 2016 but I cant fault them at all.  In fact, if we need to use Alicante airport, they bring the car to us at a cost of 26 euros each way (52 euros in total), which is far cheaper than getting a taxi.  I know you said you use Alicante but its worth having a look on their website - all the staff we have seen so far have been English.  I haven't heard of the one you mention but its worth looking at Seguro - faultless.

Good luck

Julia

Thanks - do you leave the car year all year round?

Where is their car park - from the N332?

What happens, do you have to call them when you get there to pick you up? I assume when you drop it off they take you to the terminal.

No we just use them when we go back to the UK for holidays. You drive into Alicante airport but keep to the right and follow the road as if you are leaving, then you come to a T-junction, turn left and it is on the left. As soon as you land call them and they then come and pick you up, only 3mins away. If you leave the car for long periods they check to make sure the battery etc.are all O.K also will clean the car. I hope my directions are O.K!!

Hi

As we use Murcia airport, and they also do the same at Alicante, you email them (we have an account which is done when you sign up for a year for 299 euros) and you give your date of arrival and flight number with landing time.  When you get to the airport there is someone waiting for you (in a purple Seguro parking shirt) who gives you the keys.  The car is parked in the airport car park (literally outside the terminus) and then when you come home, because you email them with your return date and flight number and time, when you get to the airport someone is once again waiting.  You park in the car park, walk across to the terminus and someone takes your keys.  We've been about 10 times so far since July 2016 and never had any problems.  Its so easy.  They park your car 5 minutes from the airport (its open air and you can use a car cover if you want).  Their website tells you all the details with prices for Murcia, Alicante and I think Valencia airport. I'm pretty sure Murcia and Alicante were the same price but not too sure.

Thanks we used to use Murcia but the flights are just to early from Birmingham! Also when we were using hire cars I got really fed up sometimes waiting over an hour because 7 Ryanair flights had landed at the same time!
