Moving to the area with a 16 and 14 year old, anyone know of any groups or clubs they could join to make some friends?

Try the Sports Centre in Pilar which has lots of activities for their age group like swimming, Tai Kwando, football, padel tennis etc and gives them an opportunity to meet others outside of school.

Tinder is not for young teens. The  minimum age is 18.

Which stopped exactly zero under-18s from using it.

Hello

Regardless of your reply about who uses the website, I think this is a really unsuitable reply when asked about 14 -16 year olds.  Even if it's used by your teenagers of that age, its hardly something to recommend.

Cheers

This is all very well as far as it goes, there is little or no public transport which will limit the places they can go such as Macdonald's, cinema or to visit school friends either after school or at weekends.

The op is referring to Torre de la Horadada though where everything is within walking/cycling distance in nearby in Pilar!

Hi there

Have you moved to the area? if so how did your teens get on?

We've lived in La Zenia for over a year now and our son is still struggling to make friends; he's 15.

If they would like to meet up, I know he'd been up for it :-)

For I have found hard here is the social aspect for teenagers. Unless they hang around the streets there's no youth clubs really. There are sports clubs but that only works if your child is sporty, lol.

Kind regards

Sian
