Why is there a fuel shortage in UK ? Has anyone recently come from UK or gone back who can confirm reports of vehicles queuing at petrol stations ? Some say this is related to driver shortage, but there are plenty drivers looking for job, and you don't need a degree for driving. Can't figure why this problem should occur now.

Just watch a UK news bulletin and your questions will be answered....No fuel shortages, panic buying, and massive haulage driver shortage for several essential items in UK apart from fuel.

Went to fuel up Friday and I put my card in and put my pin number in and it said to take fuel but when I tried the pump nozzle was in lock down so i lost my £1 deposit.

I have just heard from my daughter that there is a rush on before all the garages run out. No it is the same as what happened with toilet rolls.
