Miss sold Spanish mortgage.

Hi has anyone successfully claimed miss sold Spanish mortgage. Did you use no win no fee.or did you go direct to the bank. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Obviously I do not know if your bank problem was similar to the problem we had with Banco Popular. .

They had unlawfully charged us extras on our Mortgage. We eventually got back about 9,000€;s !

Yes, we did use professional help, our "Economista" looked after all the complicated issues. I strongly suggest you have professional help.

You would be welcome to use the one we used.. Her name is Luisa Maria Martin Ramos, T/P 696132501. She is based in Andalucia but

I do not believe that would be any problem.

Hope you have as much success as we had. Remember though, it can take many months to have it sorted out !
