We travel to torrevieja on 23rd Aug, I fully understand the process when leaving Spain Eg Passenger locator form from Gov.uk & test's & proof of vaccine.But when leaving the UK I cannot find the Spanish Passenger locator form or is it the Health form we have to fill in Thank you
Its the SpTH form, so could be called yhe health form.
