Fish is way down the list regarding the contribution to the GDP of the U.K. we have freedom to control our own Laws and who we allow in..Germany had so many restrictions put on it after the war the only way forward for them was the EU.they may rule them but they won’t have any say how the U.K. ...

...is Run.that country should have been broken up a thousand times and distributed after what they done to millions.

I am against the agreement being reached. Out is out including a hard frontier in Ireland!  In the early 70s the sold idea was a common market and eventually common laws and taxes. 50 years later we have crazy laws, Countries with 1700+ taxes and imposts, 180,000 laws (growing daily) and where a simple magistrate can take the home secretary to court. How can this Exotic expanding bureaucracy (for want of a better word) be reconciled with our system. The alternative of staying in could have been better (I dream) but at least my miserable state pension would not have lost 30% in 2 years.

England knows its place. Boris had no intention of not getting a deal. The Irish held power and the EU and USA ensured no hard border would ever become on the Island again.

Brexiteers can wail and nash but this is as good as it gets for them. Now watch the Eton boys crash the market and your pension funds. A certainty.

Thankfully, its over now for the rest of us and the EU can get on without the constant drama and whining.

Hopefully, all Brexiteers are true to their word and go back home to England and leave us in peace in Spain to enjoy life and the benefits of the EU.

You now have your 'freedom', we have our European Union. Everyone wins.

Merry Christmas folks.
