I've received both my vaccinations but need help with getting a QR code as proof of vaccination. I purchased a cheap Spanish code when I applied for my temporary SIP. Now when I get onto the website to access a code they can't send me a code. When I try to update my SIM details to my British phone it refuses. HELP!!

This is the link to get your vaccination certificate:

https://coronavirusregistro.san.gva.es/sipcovid19/vacunascovid?language=es

You will need a Spanish phone number.

Input your SIP number, date of birth and date of sip expiry.

They will send you a code to enter into your Spanish phone ( the number registered on your SIP) Enter that and you will receive the certificate.

Hi,

That is your vaccination certificate, if you've had two jabs. You can't download it if you haven't had the 2 jabs.

It states the date, type of vaccine and the place you had it done. Either save it to file or do a screenshot.

You put the code where it’s says introduzca el codigo that’s the last line on the form.

And you can down load the certificate if you’ve only had one jab I’ve done it for myself. I’m lead to believe that you have to wait two weeks from the date of your second jab for it to appear on it.
