Utility Bills During crisiss

Has anyone heard that there is a hold put on utility bills?

Doesn’t look like it, we’ve just had our electricity bill!

I did read in one of the Spanish newspapers that the utility companies will not be able to cut anyone off for the next year. I'm following a few at the moment so there has been a lot of info and I'm not sure which one I read it in, hopefully someone else may be able to point you in the right direction.

It appears everyone will continue to receive utility bills. It appears non payment will avoid disconnection during the pandemic.

That is correct but only applies to Spanish citizens or legal residents. Not second homes.
