Hi

Hope your all well We are thinking of buying property in Spain but wondering if it would be better to rent for a year until all the eu/brexit deals are sorted

What is everyone's thoughts

Plus if we did buy are we restricted to 180 days stay and is there anyway around this

Thanks

Jeanette

It's 90 days in any 180 the clock for which starts on the day you enter the Schengen area.

No way round it without becoming fiscally resident.
