Anyone on the Torrevieja padrón, for free bus travel within the municipality.

From your town hall website:

OBTENCION TARJETA CIUDADANO

Lugar: Oficinas ADL, Avda. Habaneras 20.

Documentación a presentar:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Certificado de empadronamiento
- Justificante de pago.

Horario : de 9:00 a 13:00 h, de lunes a viernes.

Thank you Jim. Can I go to any Town Hall (when this situation is over). We are registered on the padron at San Miguel de Salinas.

Hi

Is the bus pass age dependent benefit or just residential based, what area would it cover? I’m 66 this year and moving to my new apartment in El Raso as soon as travel restrictions are lifted,

Sorry, but you don't qualify, as you're not under Torrevieja, and I've never heard of SMdS offering bus passes.

The Torrevieja bus pass is for anyone on the Torrevieja padrón.

There are an isolated few other municipalities that do bus passes, but each sets their own rules. I don't know which municipality El Raso belongs to, but if you know then you'd have to check the town hall website.

El Raso is part of Guardamar del Segura so ill check that town hall website if they offer similar scheme. Cheers

I emailed the office to ask when I would be able to renew my bus pass.  Got two quick replies.  The first said that there was no information as yet quickly followed by this one: Good morning, at the moment this service is not being offered. We do not know when it will resume, everything will depend on the situation. Anyway, the bus card service will go to the Plasa (food market), I have attached the number of the office there so that they can inform you when they will open. The phone is 965706296. Good morning.

Hi Jmma

Then Im confused too. Ive had this Citizen Card  bus pass since they first started issuing them & have only ever paid once, you do keep the same card, they just update on their system so really dont understand why you would have to  pay again
