Have they gone up much from this year? EasyJet certainly seem to have!

I found Ryanair for next summer really reasonable,  jet2 whose prefer and usually go with are much more expensive!!

Bournemouth flights are usually quite expensive but I was looking at Gatwick as an alternative and there were some really cheap flights with Ryanir and Easyjet available even during the Easter holidays when I will be travelling.
As an ex Thomas Cook employee, I'm not surprised that Jet 2 are more expensive now as they will prefer to sell their flights with holidays so for flight only it is simply supply and demand, they are not going to sell them off cheaply when there is now more chance they can sell packages. I was reading that there are 100 hotels in Spain (mainly in Balearics and Canaries) that were exclusive to Thomas Cook and are likely to close down shortly with 400 more that relied on them for between 30-70% of their business so there will be more hotel closures and staff lay-offs than usual this Autumn, especially in the Canaries where they rely on winter trade. TC had 30 % of total capacity to these islands and it will take a while for other airlines to be able to increase theirs and make deals with hotels and in the meantime flights are going to be more expensive.
