Good afternoon wanting to know has anyone bought a property in torrevieja based on just Skype/videocall I know this would have been deemed as a nono 6 months ago but due to covid19 I’m wondering has anyone done this without physically seeing/visiting a property
any help would be ap
Many of the properties we liked online proved to be totally unsuitable when we visited. It's what the adverts are NOT showing that you have to worry about.
Why the rush though, it's not likely to be sold to anyone else any time soon unless it is something really special?

Yes but I’m looking to see if other buyers on here have done it recently or are thinking of doing it

NEVER even discuss anything without having seen, or worse, pay a "reservation fee" or the like - that money is gone forever. Take your time, come and look for yourself, it pays at the end. It's easy to find out both the owner and actual market value for every single object..
