Hi

When I followed John's link, it took me to the site for customers of "iberdrola clientes" which is different to "iberdrola distribution".

For the latter, use https://www.i-de.es/consumidores/web/home/dashboard

Either way, you will need to use your NIE (or possibly email address) to register, and create a password. You may also need your contract number.

There are apps available as an alternative to both websites.

You say you can't see an option to register on the app, you may simply need to scroll down, as I just did!

Cheers

Steve

Hi Grete

If you have a copy of a bill (even an old one), it will be on there. If not then I think you'll have to resort to the phone numbers quoted by John.

Cheers

Thank you, Steve.  I have several bills, but do not know what kind of number it may be.  After my father died I inherited the apartment and his name is still there as an debitor.  I have opened a Wise account and want Iberdrola and the water company on direct debit, so I can get rid of Sabadell.  The questian is how much would that cost me: writing a new contract, more expensive electricity?  Have they abolished the gas tax or is it still there? I do not pay this.

Thanks in advice

Grete

Hi Grete

Your situation is more complex than I realised - I've no idea what happens when a person inherits a house, but would expect that your legal people would change the utility bills into your name and NIE.

Have a look at your most recent bill. On my bill, I see my name and address at the top left with a box underneath containing a 9-digit contract number. Further down, next to a pie-chart, I see my NIE and bank details.

If these are your father's details then you should be able to use them to register on the website/app. I've no idea if there are any legal issues involved here - i.e. impersonating your father.

If they are your own details then there should be no problem - simply use them and the contract number.

btw - I'm talking about this site https://www.iberdrola.es/wclifral/login/loginUnicoForm which is the one i believe you need.

As for costs - selecting the best contract for you depends a lot on your circumstances, particularly whether or not you will be living there.

Hope I've helped a bit.

Cheers

Steve

Under "unique reference" on the bill there is a 10 - digit number.  Maybe that is the contract number.  I will see for now what I do with Iberdrola and the the direct debits.  It is the same with water: Acciona Aqua, also a unique reference number, 7-digits.

Thank you very much for your help,

Grete
