I used Rodas Consulting in Torrevieja for a recent purchase. It was very smooth. This was the legal agency the  estate agent recommended, and it was trouble-free and you knew exactly what you were getting billed for upfront. Rodas  did the property purchase, setting up the electricity and water, getting my NIE, paying the management fees, setting up a Spanish will and sorting out the keys etc. I would certainly recommend them. I dealt with a lawyer called Gustavo in there. Found him excellent.

 Solicitors fees were €1,210 incl. vat. There were other charges for Notary/registry/Power of Att./NIE, transfer water/electricity & fiscal representation etc which added around another €1400 so around €2600 all in. I hope this helps. A bi cost you cannot avoid is the 10% transfer tax BTW.
